Product design leader with 20+ years of experience: 12 of them as founder and CEO of my own digital products company, and the last decade on monitoring, security and developer tools at Netdata, Sysdig, Rstor/Atrio and Docker. Product-minded and execution-focused, setting direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating complex technical contexts into simple, scalable workflows, driving measurable outcomes (adoption, conversion, usability) from strategy through delivery.

Staff Product Designer / AI and Agentic Flows UX Lead

  • Designed and owned Docker AI features (Model Runner, MCP Toolkit, Docker AI Agent) from early concept to shipped product; scaled MCP adoption from 0 to tens of thousands of developers within the first quarter after launch and grew the AI agent from 0 to thousands of daily active users. Improved upgrade UX (upgrade flows and in-product prompts), lifting Basic to paid plan upgrades.
  • Redesigned Docker CLI to improve usability for millions of developers, simplifying onboarding and everyday workflows; improved CLI OAuth flows measurably.
  • Served as interim PM across CLI/GUI/AI, shaping the roadmap and prioritizing UX delivery; defined the foundations of the Docker TUI (Text-based UI) and led cross-product integration of TUI features, taking it from concept to active implementation.
  • Built functional proof-of-concepts (beyond prototypes) combining LLM tools (Claude, v0, Lovable) with the CLI and developer workflows, accelerating validation and driving adoption in beta programs.

  • A smart shopping cart in the cloud, pitched as “the Fintonic of the grocery cart”: recipes became basket orders on any device, with cheapest-supermarket comparison, allergen warnings and a revenue-share model for food publishers.
  • My intrapreneurship project inside Intexmedia: owned the full product specification from concept to MVP, reaching 1M unique users in its first month with no acquisition spend.
  • Raised the pre-seed round; the project closed when the follow-on round didn't land.

CPO

  • Intexmedia invested in this HRM startup — a mix of cash and tech-angel sweat equity — and I led product as CPO while the company acted as its tech provider.
  • Shaped the product strategy for a revolutionary HR management system from the inside.

Intexmedia

Developer → UX Designer → CSO → CEO

  • Hired and scaled cross-functional teams (including CTO); grew a portfolio of 44 sites to Top-10 traffic in Spain, Mexico & Argentina.
  • Scaled the business and recurring revenue, launching multiple SaaS MVPs aligning UX with business models.
